Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

✿ If for any reason you are unhappy with the item, just return the item within 14 days of receiving it and in the same (new, not worn) condition and I will make everything to your satisfaction. I do offer a full refund minus shipping costs upon safe return of the item(s).

✿ If for any reason, the piece is damaged or broken during the shipping (This seems unlikely, all the pieces come so well packed), please note me explaining what happened and adding me a photo of the damaged product. I'll send you an exchange. Thanks.

* Do not expose the piece to chemicals or alcohol-based products such as perfume, hairspray, household cleaners or nail polish remover.
* Take off the jewelry when swimming and taking a shower or a bath.
* Clean and polish jewelry when necessary with a soft cloth.
* Keep the jewelry away from direct sunlight.
* Store the jewelry in a cool, dry place (preferably, an individual box).
